The Rainton Arena in Houghton-le-Spring is surely one of the most versatile and well-appointed venues in the north-east. From wrestling to toy fairs to whole swathes of male strippers, they’ve got the lot. The venue also stages gigs and some corking club nights, too, the latest of which is Disruption. It’s a night dedicated to all things bounce so leave your inhibitions behind and get ready to thrill to DJs Matrix, Cliffy, Matty O, Browny, Ricky King, Chrissy G and Zero. And on the night they’ll be aided and abetted by MCs including Stompin, Tazo, Ace, TNT, Trance, Stretch, Impulse, Ronez and Turbo D. Oh, man…!
