Londoner Pete Kosanovich has won praise from everyone from Dave Davies of The Kinks (“I love the tone in Pete’s voice”) to Liam Gallagher – and no doubt such support is due to Kosanovich’s commitment to an authentic psych-rock sound that harks back to British bands of the late 60s and into the 70s. No wheels are being reinvented here but the tracks serve up authentic and intoxicating vibes that are pretty irresistible. GM
