Newcastle Racecourse

Newcastle Racecourse, set in the impressive 812 acre High Gosforth Park Estate, is the north-east’s premier racecourse and is home to many prestigious events, including the Northumberland Plate Festival, Beeswing Ladies Day and the Fighting Fifth Hurdle. There are 30 race meetings per year over the flat and jumps seasons, including weekend and evening fixtures, with concessionary prices available for students.
