The Southlands Centre

The Southlands is similar to the Rainbow Leisure Centre in its facilities. It offers football, badminton, basketball, trampolining, table tennis, a rollerdisco (I know!) and a countless number of fitness classes, which is the centre’s forte. They welcome all the family and it also operates the X4 Health and Fitness like the Rainbow Centre, so there’s no excuse for Middlesbrough to be obese, is there? Maybe the parmos.
