Lingfield Countryside Centre

Weekdays 9.00am - 4.00pm plus weekends for events. The Centre aims to promote the importance of the countryside and the environment in a town where cooling towers grow quicker than crops. There are various activities to partake in, such as an earth walk, a mini-beast hunt, orienteering, pond dipping and conservation work. The mini-beast hunt is mainly to discover what hides in the grass, but I’m sure we have all felt the mighty wrath of the midgy beast in our time.
