Originally from Newcastle, Adam Taylor started playing the piano at the age of eleven. After passing his grade 8 piano with distinction at the age of thirteen he studied privately with David Murray. During this time Adam performed regularly in the North East of England as part of the Sage Gateshead Weekend School. Performances included concertos by Mozart and Rachmaninoff.
