This third album from LA psych-pop band Lo Moon has a unifying theme across its nine tracks, exploring how moments of revelation - whether through family, places, youth, relationships or time - shape our lives and personalities. It has a distinctly nostalgic tinge to it, with airy vocals, rich melodies and a complementary pairing of electronic sounds and instrumentation. Though each song varies in tone and tempo, the band’s energy persists throughout, resulting in a well-rounded album that offers a varied yet congruous selection of songs. Lo Moon seem to have really grown into their sound here. LT
