The one and only Shugz will be making his Middlesbrough debut when he lands at the iconic Empire for a special Small Trees event this May.

Shugz (aka Christopher Kirkpatrick) is something of a big cheese when it comes to all things trance. He’s noted for his exceptional DJ sets and his deck wizardry often sees him deploying a third deck where he can run the full gamut of his skills taking in scratching, cutting and layered effects, combining fast mixing and unexpected tune drops. He’s already played some of the UK’s biggest events (Goodgreef, Creamfields, Lost Minds Festival) and he’ll be ably supported at this event which will deploy three rooms that will positively explode with the talents of Phil Mackintosh, D-Willz, 8 Ball, Anna Mac, Gav Stock, Jon Bishop, Liam Bennett and many more besides. This one is going to be massive.
