Really wild show

The world-renowned ‘Wildlife Photographer of the Year’ exhibition can currently be seen in Sunderland and it’s a real eye-opener.

If you look carefully, you’ll see three fish playing hide-and-seek in this wonderful photograph. It was taken by Alex Mustard and you can see it in all its colourful glory at the Sunderland Museum & Winter Gardens. ‘Wildlife Photographer of the Year’ is the most prestigious photography event of its kind, providing a global platform that showcases some of the best photography talent from around the world. The free exhibition features exceptional images that capture fascinating animal behaviour, spectacular species and the breathtaking diversity of the natural world. We can only include one pic in this preview, but we’ve seen the others and trust us, they’re truly staggering.
