This is the fifth full-length album from this LA-based singer/songwriter and it’s packing a myriad of delights. The tracks are dressed in a wonderfully twinkling array of coffee-table trip-hop and chilled electro-pop motifs, and, what’s more, Broderick gives them plenty of room to breathe, letting her swoony melodies, and deeply affecting lyrics, come to the fore. This is a release to live with and cherish. DP
