The second album from this South London-based multidisciplinary artist is toting the kind of balladry I can really get behind. Sitting at the heart of everything is Mann’s clear-as-a-mountain-stream vocal, but the songs here­ also have an air of luminosity about them which really does give them an extra lift. It’s a release to really live with as it unfurls its delights slowly over repeated listens. GM
