The new album from this Swedish collective masterfully expands their signature “cinematic soul” aesthetic into a deeply immersive, ambitious, and emotionally resonant experience. Drawing seamless inspiration from Ennio Morricone’s widescreen orchestration, Brian Wilson’s melodic melancholy, and Massive Attack’s dreamlike textures—with nods to Love and Lee Hazlewood—the record effortlessly blends neo-psychedelia with timeless pop know-how. This is Sunnan at their most open, delivering a warm, classic, and captivating listening journey. GM
