Hark! That sound! It’s dykes hitting the dancefloor in order to escape the terrors of the night (i.e. cis-men). Join them at the next PULSE, which is at Lubber Fiend in Newcastle this October—just in time for Halloween.

When PULSE shows up in our listings, I always know it’s a real clarion call, offering a safe space for queer and trans women. It’s a club that gives us the chance to get the night out we deserve without fear of cis men ruining the whole vibe. And this Halloween special looks absolutely spectacular and features a great line-up including the likes of Musican’t (pictured), Hellokittyenthusiast, Bel/Belle, and Aimz, all of whom will be spinning beats that will really rattle your bones. Naturally, fancy dress is very much encouraged, so as soon as you’ve bagged yourself a ticket then get working on that costume as this mega-party will come round a lot sooner than you think. MW
