Someone’s left the heating on…
What does DILF stand for? It’s an acronym that has momentarily slipped my mind (Daffodils I’d Love to Fondle?). But what I do know for a fact is that DILF is the super-sizzling club night that launched in Glasgow a while back and then proceeded to sweep all before it. The club night has now spread its wings with mega-knees-ups in Birmingham, Brighton, Edinburgh, Gran Canaria, Leeds, London, Manchester, and – drum roll! – Newcastle. The upshot is that a whole bunch of friendly Leatherman, Rubberman, Bears, Cubs, Dads, Lads, Jocks, BOSSes, SIRs, Pups + more, get together to listen to some extravagant beats of the uplifting vocal house, dirty disco, pop/club classic variety. There’s no dress code, but gear is absolutely encouraged. And – glad to say – DILF is proudly trans friendly. Time to get sweaty.
DILF, Saturday 31 January, SR44, Newcastle, 11pm, from £10, dilf.uk
