Durham University’s biggest musical theatre company DULOG are back for their annual production at Gala Durham this January. It’s Grease! (And it’s still the word.)

Fast cars, young love, and some of the best loved songs of the 1970s all go together to make Grease one of the most beloved and enduring of all musicals, ever since its electric Broadway and West End debut back in the early 1970s (the smash-hit film also contributed to its extraordinary popularity). Featuring hit songs including Greased Lightnin’, Hopelessly Devoted to You, You’re The One That I Want, and Summer Nights, Grease follows the journey of Danny and Sandy, alongside the Burger Palace Boys and the Pink Ladies, as they navigate high school to an unforgettable rock n’ roll soundtrack that defined generations.
