Neil Massey (pictured) is just one of the many tip-top DJs playing the 2nd instalment of the Barnard Castle Soul Club this November.

The first Barnard Castle Soul Club was so successful that they’re doing it all over again this autumn. The tunes they play are described as “60s/70s crossover modern/northern soul”, which roughly translates as some of the greatest 7” singles ever committed to vinyl. Among the roster of DJs spinning the sweet stuff will be Neil Massy (Soul & Groove Show / Thrift Weekenders), Budgie (Richmond Soul Club), Sean Taylor (Come Get to This / Soul Shake Birmingham), Jonathan Woodliffe (Soul and Groove Show/ Manor Born / Southport Weekender), Paul Harrison (Joe’s Bar / The Grange / Soul Weekenders), and Tosh (Heaven in the Afternoon).
