Boro illuminations

Nightfall is returning to Stewart Park in Middlesbrough again this November with a spectacular trail of interactive light artworks and plenty more besides.

If you’re hankering after an illuminated playground of light, colour and memory making then you need to bag yourself a ticket for Nightfall pronto, as this wonderful spectacle is only running for three nights. The trail also features captivating performances from popular storyteller Ian Douglas, enchanting audiences with shadow puppetry and lantern-lit tales, and Whippet Up will premiere a brand-new UV puppet show for families. There will also be giant nocturnal inflatable animals and an outdoor silent disco (featuring a giant mirror glitter ball). What else? Artist-led workshops, street food, hot chocolate, festive cocktails, live DJ sets? You got it!

Nightfall, Friday 28-Sunday 30 November, Stewart Park, Middlesbrough, £17.50 (£12.50 children, under twos free), discounted off-peak tickets are available for some Sunday evening slots. nightfallfestival.co.uk
