‘Us’ is a fabulous retrospective coming to the Bailiffgate Museum & Gallery in Alnwick that features two very special artists indeed.

And those artists are Sarah Bradford (that’s her piece ‘Feasting on the Light’ – pictured) and Geoffrey Bradford. Of her work Sarah says: “Inspiration has come from the things that touch me: music, places, objects, interiors, and, for the past twenty years, landscape. Colour has played a huge role defining mood, time of day or year along with the mark making.” Of his pieces Geoffrey comments: “I am a maker. I have an idea but am never sure of where it will lead or where the process will take me. It is this not knowing that challenges and excites me. It is a materials led process that begins by my sorting and laying out fragments of found and salvaged materials.”
