Newcastle’s hilarious improv troupe The Suggestibles are at The Stand Comedy Club in Newcastle this August for an Improv Comedy Joyride.

You would have thought that The Suggestibles have been around long enough now to know what they’re doing, but they don’t – and that, very much, is the point. They don’t know how each show is going to go because they have no script, no score. What they do have is bags of chutzpah and that really comes over in their performances which take the form of a runaway charabanc featuring spontaneous games, skits, sketches and songs. The one thing that you can always be sure of at their shows, however, is big laughs and there’s sure to be plenty when they hit The Stand again this August.
