10.30am-4pm Sat. Adjacent to the recently developed Sunniside gardens, thePlace is a state-of-the-art business and arts centre in Sunniside. It houses a range of business suites and artists studios, providing artists with performance space and an art gallery, as well as accommodating conference space and meeting rooms.
