Crimson Bloom draw heavily on the late 80s/early 90s independent guitar scene. Jamie Ainslie, the former heavy rock frontman of the band Aces & Sinner, is beginning his own music journey, venturing into more folk and acoustic-based material. Singer-songwriter Chris Gill is renowned for his guitar-based pop, with its edges nicely smoothed and its vocals sung in tune.
