Devilish Fun

‘The Devil Danced In Our Eyes’ is a funny and moving tale about family, sexuality and the internet told with original live music. It’s playing in Durham and Newcastle this February.

‘The Devil Danced In Our Eyes’ is a one-person show, but it’s a production that is busy with ideas and invention combining theatre, live music and even animation. The plot? When Jamie was 15 his Granda Frankie died, and Jamie’s mother stopped coming out of her room. Left to his own (electronic) devices, Jamie spends more time online, scrolling through reams of nonsense and the occasional adult chatroom. When he meets ‘Windsor_56’ everything changes… Co-written by Jonluke Mckie & Allison Davies (and performed by Mckie) this show has already won a raft of glowing notices. GM
