Nora! Nora! Nora!

Durham’s multi-award winning Elysium Theatre Company are bringing their version of ‘A Doll’s House’ to multiple venues right across the north-east.

Nora is a happily married woman with a loving husband and three beautiful children. If that was the end of the matter then we wouldn’t have one of the world’s most famous plays. But, when a man from Nora’s past appears in her life, demanding what she owes him, her ideal life begins to unravel. As she realises the truth about her marriage, she is forced to make a decision… Ibsen’s classic work endures because of its universal themes surrounding marriage, love and the need to be true to yourself. Elysium Theatre Company’s thrilling production stars Hannah Ellis Ryan (Coronation Street) as Nora with support from Danny Solomon, Heather Carroll, Michael Blair, Robin Kingsland and Wynne Potts.
