morales19new.jpg More! MORE! MORALES!

John Morales always goes down well with the Hoochie Coochie massive, and he’ll be pulling out all his big guns (ie playing some good records) when he rocks up again in December.

Is there anyone John Morales has not worked with? Rose Royce? Tick. Jocelyn Brown? Tick. Candi Staton? Tick. Aretha Franklin? Tick. The Temptations? Tick. He’s worked with the lot and with little wonder as over the last four decades he’s become one of the greatest producers and DJs working anywhere. During the 70s he was one of the chief architects of the 12” single and a master of the extended mix; and his ‘M&M’ series of CDs is still the go-to collection for the best in soulful electronic music. As mentioned above, he’s played Hoochie Coochie before and demonstrated just how to work a dancefloor. Let yourself become putty in his hands when he returns for another eagerly-awaited set just before Christmas.
