henbiscuit.jpg Here comes autumn!

The Biscuit Factory’s autumn exhibition is in full swing. Woo hoo!

And the headline artist this season is acclaimed printmaker, painter and sculptor Henrietta Corbett (that’s her ‘Bird, Trees, Bridges’ pictured). She studied under Anish Kapoor and Nicola Hicks and her new collection includes prints, sculptures and paintings. Alongside this collection the gallery is also exhibiting work from more than 200 local, national and international artists. New highlights this season include Newcastle-based photographer and artist Jill Tate whose work explores structure and perception; British landscape painter Deborah Grice with her depiction of mindful landscapes; and printmaker Sally Spens, whose etchings are inspired by the natural world.

Autumn Season, until 3 November, Biscuit Factory, Stoddart Street, Newcastle. thebiscuitfactory.com
