It looks like Newcastle’s Queen of Comedy, Miss Rory, is ready to spread some good cheer when she brings her ‘A Christmas Rory II’ show to the Tyne Theatre and Opera House in December.

In the diva stakes Miss Rory makes Mariah Carey look like a shrinking-wallflower, a snivelling please-sir-can-I-have-some-more type. And our People’s Princess is back at the Tyne Theatre again this Christmas for a night that is sure to be resplendent with risqué showbiz festivities. She had huge sell-out successes with previous shows such as ‘One Woman’ in 2016 and ‘What’s Up Hun?’ and ‘A Christmas Rory’ in 2017 and she will be looking for another home run on her home patch with this all-new extravaganza. Theatre director Joanne Johnson cooed: “We’re so excited to have one of our favourites, Newcastle icon Miss Rory, back on stage for Christmas. She always puts on a fabulous and hilarious show, and this one will be a festive treat.” Christmas is all about giving so why not give yourself a treat and get yourself along to this show, which is strictly 18+.
