Looks like a music hub to me
And the not-for-profit venue is a real cut above. The charity TCR was established in the 1970s as a youth support service and the roots of the charity lie in investing in local young people. With the addition of the Hub venue in 2010, the charity now hire out their facilities to private customers who in turn are investing in the next generation of talent. And what facilities! Set in a rural location with good links to Durham, Darlington and Newcastle the Hub offers a high spec recording studio with three rehearsal rooms. It’s open all year round and prices start from £25 per hour for flexible bookings that can also include an engineer (tours are available if you’d like to have a look). The venue also has a large performance hall, dance studio, accommodation for 33 people, camping and campervan facilities, a café, workshop area and substantial grounds with outdoor equipment including high ropes, BMX and a canoeing and fishing lake. They’re also currently offering a range of packages that would make the perfect Christmas present. More details from their website, below.
