Live Undead Bedroom Closet Covers (self release)

While LA-based performer/composer/producer Ethan Gold was preparing his second album proper, he injured himself and was confined to his bedroom for a while. Instead of brooding he put together this album of cover versions, which is rather fantastic. He evidently has killer tastes as artists given the treatment here include Talking Heads, The Knife, New Order, Devo and Bauhaus and his versions have an immediacy about them that you can’t help but instantly warm to.
