Blowout are presenting ‘Blowout Girls’ this October at SR44 Warehouse in Newcastle, which will see an all-female DJ line-up taking ravers to heaven and back.

Don’t worry fellas – you ARE invited to this mega-party, but the talent behind the decks will all be women. It’s being put together by the redoubtable Blowout, but this time round they want to showcase the plethora of female talent that is bubbling to the fore in the region. There will also be female MCs (along with some male MCs too) and the theme is very much an old skool vs new skool thing, with a multi-genre approach. That means you’ll be able to wig out to the best in bounce, makini and a drop of the hard stuff, too – sounds that are all designed to take the roof off the place. Here we go!
