The Split Chimp is a small concern, run by the Owner, Mark Hall, an ex Paramedic. Our Micropub is the ideal space to relax in a home from home environment, on comfy leather Chesterfields with real ales on 6 Handpulls, 3 Keg Beers, bottled craft beer, Prosecco or our own wine. Set on two compact levels, You will find The Split Chimp very different from other Newcastle pubs, and you will be assured of a warm welcome. Upstairs is a small function room with a 31ft Pub Skittle Alley to have a bit of fun. The usual pub snacks are available, as well as the latest phenomenon in beer and snack matching, Karkli (Chomp on This).
