Well hello Dolly! This superb emporium pulls off the rare trick of being able to provide quirky, individual clothing and accessories, with original designs, at very reasonable prices. It’s easy to reach (just hop on the Metro) and we’re stamping this with a “Must Visit”. Plenty of under-the-radar labels and very friendly staff to boot.
