Emma Fisk (violin) and James Birkett (guitar) perform an opening set of Venuti & Lang - the Italian-American duo who pioneered virtuosic violin and guitar jazz in the 1920s, before being joined by David Harris (guitar) and Bruce Rollo (double bass) to play the swinging Gypsy Jazz of Reinhardt & Grappelli as Emma Fisk’s Hot Club du Nord.
