littlegreen19.jpg Go Green this summer

Top-notch vegan establishment Little Green has been a big hit with punters since it opened and they’re about to hit a whole new level of “Wow!” with the launch of their summer menu.

If you fancy a fusion of far and middle Eastern food this summer, with a splash of the Mediterranean, then have the Little Green got a menu for you. (Answer: yes.) From Vietnamese Spring Rolls to Gado Gado Vegetables (with spicy peanut sauce) they’ve got it covered. They’re also doing a delectable Bi-Bim Bowl (think: wok-fried and pickled vegetables, rice and cashew nuts) and Maple & Harissa Aubergines (with tzatziki and nuts – mmm!). I know what you’re thinking: what about the Kimchi Pancakes? Well, they’re doing those too, with Asian slaw and miso sauce. The family run café, bar, health food shop and social space also do a fine line in local craft ales, cocktails, coffees, smoothies and protein drinks so they’ve got all bases covered when it comes to summer beverages too. (Stop press: They’re also doing a new pizza menu from 5pm, Tues-Sat and a Sunday lunch menu.)
