…we salute you! I can definitely smell spring in the air as Northern Bounce once again readies itself to take you all the way to heaven and back at Sunderland’s Club Upside Down.

I love these all-nighters because there is nothing better than stumbling out of a club at 5.30am and then having that full featherbed of a Sunday to relax into with all the delights that that entails (newspaper supplements, gravy laden dinners and a snooze in front of Countryfile - perfect). And for the next Northern Bounce the organisers are promising a line-up that is “unreal”. Among the unrealities to contemplate are a DJ roster featuring the likes of Matrix, Stonehouse, Shock, Nicky Ruddy, Quest, Nemesis and Lozza with MC support from Stretch b2b Impulse, Turbo D, Francey, Tazo, Ronez and many more. It’s all being blasted through an all new VOID Sound System and will feature three rooms of the best in old and new skull.
