melladee19.jpg It’s Dee time

Mella Dee (for it is he) is set to play all night long for the first time in Newcastle this March and, naturally, he’s selected World Headquarters as his club of choice.

Influenced by the likes of Underground Resistance, Floorplan and Head High, Mella Dee creates a unique blend of driving techno by fusing elements of house with essences of hardcore and jungle. Releases on DEXT Recordings and Sweden based Omena Records helped him gain huge support from the likes of Daniel Avery, The Black Madonna, Bicep, Radio Slave, Tijana T, Spence Parker and Len Faki. He arrives in Newcastle fresh from an incredible 2018 which included being named one of Mixmag’s breakthrough stars, countless DJ sets, plus a stellar Radio 1 Essential Mix. He’s at the top of his game right now and you can see just why when he hits World Headquarters this month.
