tynebankbrewery17.jpg Tyne to party? Oh yes!

The wonderful Tyne Bank Brewery are pushing all our buttons in December, specifically those buttons marked “Party!”, “Christmas Market!” and “A Screening of Elf!”

And let’s start with the very final day of 2017 because on New Year’s Eve Tyne Bank Brewery will once again be throwing the best free (FREE!) party around. Open from midday until late they will be hitting us up with half price bubbly, party food and DJs. What’s more, three of their favourite stouts will be brewed especially for the occasion: Chocolate Raspberry, White Panacotta and Irish Cream – result! What else? Child and dog friendly and overnight parking (if required)? You got it.

Earlier in the month they’ll be holding their special Christmas Market on Saturday 9 December (midday to late). Over the day they will be welcoming some of the most talented makers and creatives in the region including artists, jewellers, illustrators, potters, vinyl dealers, woodworkers and more. You can also expect mince pies by the score, mulled wine, festive tunes, fine cuisine and, making their debut in the tap room, street food vendor Perissia with Middle Eastern delights. Again children and dogs are welcome and it’s free entry.

December also sees plenty of gigs and, yes, a screening of the Christmas classic Elf on Sunday 17 December. Altogether now: “SANTA! OH MY GOD! SANTA’S COMING! I KNOW HIM! I KNOW HIM!”
